Chef David and his team are truly exceptional! They catered my wife's birthday celebration, and every single guest was impressed by his professionalism and the fantastic food and menu he provided. If you're ever in need of a great chef, you won't be disappointed by choosing him.

Chef David was outstanding for a special family dinner that we had arranged. His team was very professional and courteous. The miso Seabass, one of our favorite dishes, and the Crème Brûlée were the best we have ever had and that’s saying something. They were amazing! We had a last-minute special request before the meal started to substitute some thing for a non-seafood eater and Chef handled it with Grace and panache.

Chef Daiana created a Mediterranean-inspired menu, and expertly paired each course with a selection of fine wines. The evening was designed to delight the senses and celebrate a significant birthday milestone. From the custom-designed menu (after our lengthy discussion about our vision for the event) to the stunning presentation of the food, every detail was just right. I cannot say enough about how delicious everything was. 

Chef Tony provided an excellent, thoughtful meal for a small group of business associates and myself. His attention to detail, flavor, accommodation of specific requests, and execution of the evening was flawless. I am already considering other opportunities to hire them to cook for my friends and family again. 

We had the privilege of welcoming Chef Taylor and his team to prepare an extraordinary dinner for our ladies’ retreat, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Each course was beautifully crafted, thoughtfully presented, and enriched by Chef Taylor’s engaging insights, particularly his guidance on wine pairings. They seamlessly accommodated our group’s diverse preferences, including creating a truly delightful and satisfying experience for our vegan guest.

We celebrated my brother's 50th. anniversary and Chef Taylor and his team delivered a truly great evening for our family. Chef Taylor is very professional and was very easy to interact with throughout the service. I particularly appreciated that he took the time to explain his methodology for cooking the meat, which added a great touch to the celebration. The menu he provided was high quality and very tasteful.
