As Executive Chef, he oversees concept development, menu curation, and operational standards, ensuring every experience reflects the highest level of craftsmanship and precision.

His culinary foundation is rooted in Mexican and Mediterranean gastronomy, refined through years of international experience and collaboration. Chef Taylor is recognized for his disciplined approach, respect for classical techniques, and his ability to translate global influences into elegant, modern presentations.

In addition to private dining and catering, he has served as a culinary arts instructor, sharing his knowledge through formal education and interactive experiences. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Chef Taylor specializes in curated tasting menus, chef’s table experiences, and refined beverage pairings featuring wine, tequila, and rum.

Chef Ocanto has honed his craft through extensive international experience in Peru, Bolivia, Germany, Spain, and the United States. Mentored by Michelin-recognized and San Pellegrino-ranked chefs, he maintains a disciplined, technique-driven approach, viewing gastronomy as a multisensory art form. His philosophy focuses on the entire culinary journey, from sourcing premium ingredients to delivering elegant, memorable presentations.

Beyond private dining and catering, he is a bilingual culinary arts instructor (English and Spanish). He specializes in curated tasting menus, chef’s table experiences, and the development of globally inspired menus tailored to a sophisticated clientele.
